Opened a savings account had a deposit slip clearly marked savings as they admitted later but the girl put my check into savings. Which screwed up my checkbook and the check I didn't want linked to electronic banking in the first place!...
Was just there to get something notarized on my lunch break. The receptionist told me to have a seat in the corner and someone would be right with me. 2 other people were called up before me. After I had already been waiting for 15 minutes, I went up to the receptionist again, asked her how long it would be. She turned around and asked another employee who said nothing, grabbed papers off a printer and went to customers she already had. The oblivious receptionist said the other woman would help me in a minute. I told her that person was already with customers. The receptionist asked if I could wait longer, and I said no, I am already on my lunch. So she said she could take care of it then. Never have I seen such laziness, it literally took about 20 seconds, and she was trying to get someone else to take care of it. I have used m and t for 13 years and have never had this kind of experience. Every other branch the receptionist takes care of it right away.
Try to reach a manager since last Friday she is still not available today when I called once again.

I have nothing but constant trouble with my savings and checking accounts. When I call to get it straightened out, I am told I don't know what I'm talking about. I get charged fees for not having money and fees for transferring money from one account to another. They tell me when I get paid and when it is deposited. I am sick and tired of their bs.
