My girlfriend just went here ad had a HORRIBLE experience. The hair stylist was aggressive and seemed to not know what she was doing. Her highlights came out the wrong color and she lost chunks of hair while getting it brushed out.
Arriving at the salon the lady that owns the place did my hair, she seemed nice at first. However as the appointment went on she insulted me a few times. Once stating that I should move to a different state because she doesn't want to hear me complain about the horrible winter we had and may have again this year. Like really lady I'm paying you! I purchased her groupon the $45 option for the full highlights, deep conditioning, blow dry, and cut. I needed my hair done for my sisters wedding the next day. First off I asked for caramel highlights and she did blonde. Second the deep conditioning did nothing for my hair, if anything it feels rougher then when I came it. Did I mention that I came in with my hair looking great. I have very curly frizzy hair but I already very straightened to make it easier for her to do her job. 3rd she trimmed my hair unevenly, and last but def. not least. Her blow drying my hair was horrible. I left the salon looking like a lion! She stated that she was just blow drying my hair to make it dry, that she wasn't doing it the right way because that would cost me a fortune and would take her hours. Like lady it takes me a little over an hour to blow dry my hair to the point that I don't even have to go over it with a straightener. I will never return to this place nor will I recommend it. I feel like she didn't want to do my hair in the first place so she didn't care to do a good job. She complained about having the groupon thing because she didn't want people to get the service for a cheaper price because it was worth way more and her actual clients couldn't get in because of the groupons. She originally made the groupons for a girl she had working there and she decided to not take it down. The only reason I paid for the service was because she redeemed the groupon before she started doing my hair, otherwise I would have just walked out. I literally left her salon looking crazy. Like who allows that. I would give the place no stars if I could. Instead of going to the place where my sisters wedding was located to help set up I had to go home to rewash and redo my hair so it was good and done for the wedding.
