I frequently use Enterprise for work-related travel. Love the Genesee Street, Cheektowaga location. All of the representatives are helpful, courteous, and go the extra mile to make customers feel appreciated. They have gotten to know my preferences regarding what types of cars I like, and are ready to get me on the road first thing in the morning. I generally pick up cars right at 7:30 am and have never had to wait. They even make sure cars are equipped with a snow brush for the winter months :)
Great service, friendly representative. I know this can't happen every time, but I received a gigantic upgrade on my vehicle for only a couple bucks. INCREDIBLE! Very happy camper.
