Ordered a Christmas Tree and it is the most gorgeous tree I have ever purchased. I was tempted to buy from a box store but this company had the most gorgeous tree. My wife loves it...and she hates everything.

My package arrived on Friday 12/2. When I opened it, it had ornaments that were supposed to be shipped to Atlanta. I called and sat on hold with a recording telling me that there was one customer ahead of me. As I waited, it somehow became two customers ahead of me, and then four. I finally requested voicemail. I also sent an email that night. It is now Wednesday and I still have heard nothing EXCEPT that tonight I was contacted by a woman in Ontario who received my bulbs that were supposed to be shipped to PA. She had been contacted by somebody in Texas who received her package, and guess what? None of us have gotten a response from the company. Shipping is not difficult, neither is responding to your customers. I will not order from this company again.

I had an order that I needed to return I called before sending my order back and was told that would be fine and that she made a note that I would be sending it back. I followed my tracking on my return package and waited the three weeks their site suggested. I still had not received my return so I contact the company and was told that I should expect my refund 7-10 business day after that. It is now been longer than 10 business days and still no return. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

I ordered a CHRISTMAS tree skirt from CHRISTMAS Central on 12/4/16. It was shipped on 12/7/16. I received it on DECEMBER 27, 2016 - which is AFTER CHRISTMAS. I am not sure why it took three (3) weeks to go from New York to Pennsylvania. I can drive that distance in about 5 hours. I WAS/AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE. Plus, it took about the same amount of time (3 weeks) for their customer service to reply to an email. As the product was worth $7.99, it was not worth a more expedited complaint. However, I will not be purchasing from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!!
