Quiet, clean location! Loretta is amazing! Got us in and out efficiently. Would give 5 stars if we didn’t have to purchase the special lock that can only be used at this location for $20. They should consider giving a refund for lock when you are done with storage space. But all in all great place!

Loretta was extremely helpful in the whole process. The truck driver was very lazy and refused to unload my pallet in my storage space so Loretta let him leave it in her office. When I picked it up Loretta lent me the tools to de-palletize everything and she took care of the packaging materials. She kindly refused my tip because it's against the company policy.
Quiet, Gates and off the main strip. Easy to get to. Close to campus. Inexpensive for the short loan time.. Can't use any lock. Have to purchase their lock for 20+ is the only draw back!!
I used Life Storage because I had a lot of stuff that needed to be shipped from California to Toronto, but the cheapest shipping company could not do it across the border. So I used Life Storage as the shipping destination so that I could pick up my stuff later myself.
