Canadians cross border shopping -
You have to be over 18 to walk the mall alone. And if you’re under 18, you have to be with an adult 21 years or older. I cannot walk the mall with my friends who are 17, even though we all have a job and a license to drive. And certainly mature enough to walk a mall alone without a 21-year-old. Change up these rules and it’ll be a 5-star mall.
Great mall. stores range from bargain to luxury. clothing retailers for all age groups and styles. Diverse eating selection from fast food to sitdowns restaurants offer choices. Billy need for the kids and Dave and Busters for the older kids/younger adults.
Never seen so many stores in a mall since my Connecticut days. So many stores. Huge parking spaces. Great for holiday shopping. The amount of high quality restaurants within this mall are crazy and there are so many choices. I love going here I always find what I need and I always have a great time.
The theater is okay but for me the shopping experience is average. But I'm not a mall guy, I often leave the mall buying nothing. To many overpriced shops, beautiqs etc. Best Buy, Dick's, and the electronics stores are good. Food court is worse than it was years ago. Chain restaurants. Malls like this were impressive 20 years ago, today not much. One improvement recently is security, at times in the past the more vulnerable shoppers may have avoided this mall due to some violent incidents. Today The Galleria has a congenial atmosphere.
The store had a a few things that aren’t available in retail here in Canada but easily found online for the same price when u include delivery.
I wish I could give this mall 5 stars. They have ridiculous rules with age. And they close way too early. 9:30pm and Sunday’s 6:00pm?
The variety was not what I was expecting. Perhaps better nowadays in Canada. Hugo Boss for example was a let down. Since the dollar is no longer in our favour I doubt I will ever venture here other than for Cheesecake Factory which are now available in Toronto.
