Simply trying to find out if the tailor is in to measure my suit. Called the Men"s Department three times and each time it rang 30+ times. Icalled and got the switchboard who sent me to the Executives, but no one picked up. Last call the line and got voice mail to the Executive office again. I've bought at least 15 suites there

three times I've had an employee order a product that was not in stores and every time they order wrong product or wrong color...not good customer service.
