ignorant " you owe me everything " people that try to get into your parking spot before you even fully back out.. all I can say is the big white truck is not going to be moved by the rusty minivan
If I could give this Walmart a lower score, I would. I purchased a queen size air mattress about 2 weeks ago. Last night it sprung a leak. Went to Walmart to exchange for a new one. No I didn't have my receipt, but their return policy on the wall states if it's within 90 days, I could get a refund or an exchange without it. I was told by management that I had to know the exact date it was purchased otherwise there is nothing they could do because it was an over $50 purchase. I kindly pointed to their sign and said that's not what that say. And if that is not the policy then take down the sign. Because you are misleading your customers when we buy it and tell us something different when we return it.

I went to the new store looking for specific items.. out of the three employees I asked for help in locating something not one of them spoke a word of English.. good job Walmart !
The greeter Myron showed knowledge of store layout and was greatly appreciated, He directed me to department l needed to get to, his confidence in self, his calm and professional manner made me feel welcome to Walmart.... while at the entertainment department I met Joe who also exhibited knowledge of his department and product, because of him I now have the Walmart app, I know how to make a purchase online, his patience , professionalism and excellent customer service skills shine bright. .. to you Myron and Joe continue to be the great example of a what a Walmart representative should be and a person like me will continue to shop at Walmart ...
