The techs and staff were friendly and everyone was genuinely nice.
My dog was bit by another dog, she was gushing blood uncontrollably and she needed stitches.. we signed in at 830pm. They said to walk in only it would be around $120.00.. They told us there was 2 people ahead of us. So I figured we would wait about 30 min or so to see the doctor. 9 passes 10 passes nurse comes in he's almost done... 1130 the nurse comes in this time he's almost done... At 12:05 am we walked out of the office my dog still bleeding and we drove 30 minutes to orchard park vet and we were seen with in 35 min and paid 145.00 for the Dr the meds and told us to follow up with our vet for stitches the next day so they were cheaper. .. so annoying I'll NEVER return here...
I would absolutely, confidently recommend this place to anyone!!!
Went tonight, was amazing. The initial cost is $97.00 which isn't bad for emergency care.
The Dr is hands on and doesn't rush you and he really seemed to care about my pup and his issues.
