If I could give this place no stars I would. First off, walking into the hospital the staff was very unorganized and took forever to help my sick puppy. Second, we spent an arm and a leg for them to just take his temperature and weigh our puppy. And WORST OF ALL, they DROPPED our 9 week old puppy on his head right in front of us and the first thing they said to us was “this is common to happen”. NEVER take your animals to this place. All they want is your money and that’s it. They don’t care for your pet and that’s just so disappointing.
If I could give zero stars I would. They took care of my pet after charging $1200 and the symptoms worsened so I took my animal to ANOTHER VET only to find out that my animal had a tumor in its eye. The SECOND VET found this by simply looking into my animals eye something Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Clinic failed to do. Unfortunately, I was forced to put my animal down. So not only did I lose a pet but because of Greater Buffalo Vet lack of experience my animal continued to suffer all well I was shelling out $1200+. I have called several times to get some sort of explanation and have been brushed off several times. This place is a complete joke they care more about $$$ then helping animals! I would not refer my worst enemy to them...do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Our puppy's nail wouldn't stop bleeding and since it was a Sunday evening, our regular veterinary office was closed. We brought him here and were in and out with treatment and meds in under an hour. Everyone was pleasant. Thank you for helping our baby beagle!
Wish I could give zero stars. Staff was incredibly unhelpful. Dropped our 9 week puppy right in front of us. The incompetent nurse said “oh it is ok these things happen” didn’t do anything to help him, but were quick to get our 275 dollars. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. When asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds. I’ll make sure to get our money back through our cc company, and tell them “it’s ok these things happen”
I have a Wired Hair Pointing Griffon that found his first porcupine on a Sunday afternoon Grouse hunt. It was pretty bad with well over 50 quills in his face and the worst of them in his mouth. We brought him to Great Buffalo Veterinary Clinic and they were amazing! James our Vet, had us in and out in 45mins, they were super pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned with Griff's comfort. The bill I thought was shockingly reasonable considering it was a Sunday and they had to put him under.
