What a wonderful experience after a long day of traveling. The young lady at the desk.. Kelly was absolutely the best!! So kind and greeted us with a smile at 10:30 pm!!
Left the pool open a little later so the kids could swim and get some needed energy out! Then gave us some take out menus for delivery of food.
We stay here once a year to see a hockey game. It's less then 10 minutes to downtown. Great place. Dog friendly. Hot breakfast.
We stayed here for a week while visiting our son in Buffalo for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I can't say enough about our very pleasant stay. Clean rooms, huge spacious rooms, great breakfast, dog friendly, very accommodating to our stay when we needed to get laundry completed. And the best was how super friendly the staff was, to our breakfast every morning, didn't catch her name, but the lady who worked the breakfast during the week was super friendly, and even kept an eye on our granddaughter who snucked down there for breakfast before us. And the cleaning ladies every morning made sure we had everything we needed for our room. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay, made it a home away from home.
