Rooms are fresh and very clean. Front desk staff helped me with my Hilton rewards and went above and beyond to help me. Breakfast was good. Great place to stay in Buffalo.
Had to stay at this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled. They were very helpful, sent the shuttle over quickly and got us checked in very fast. The hotel and room were clean and neat. Also appreciated that they helped us with some toiletry items we didn't have sense we hadn't planned on being there over night
Great accommodations, location and staff, Hiltons are a great chain and this is no exception. Very classy for Buffalo NY area, a great addition to the area. Right next to airport so for travelers this is a perfect location to stay. 20 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes or so to Niagara Falls. A minute to the highway, all perfect.
Talking about a great location, this Hilton is located right across from the Buffalo Airport. When you get off your plan, you can even walk over to this Hotel. You will absolutely love the clean rooms, comfortable beds and the friendly staff.
My family and I needed two nights at this hotel but was unable to get a second night (sold out). The food and service was great at this location. **The only issue we had, was the huge stain under the mattress (stripping bed to make it easier for housekeeping). The front desk and room supervisor, immediately addressed issued. They apologized and refunded our money without asking. This hotel treated us very nice and we wished we could have stayed a second night. Thank you for the positive service.
