We checked out and went to the Quality down the street. Low and behold the plumbing worked! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Booked a suite for 3 people, but the room had only bedsheets, comforters, and pillow for 2. Called room service at 10p for the missing items. They returned the call saying the laundry room is inaccessible due to which they can't get us the bedsheets.
Reasonable cost. Near the airport if you are traveling early and don't want to miss your flight. Breakfast is not included. Got the proximity to the airport, it is extremely quite inside. The decor is very dated and in need of a reno but it's not the Waldorf!
Not a bad place to stay. Have no complaints. The rooms have enough space and the amenities are vast. Staff are helpful and will answer any questions you might have.
However, their early check-in is good. Our official check-in time was 3p, but they allowed us to get the room at 9am itself.
We stayed July 29th in a handicap accessible room. Only one of us got a shower! The tub wouldn't drain. Maintenance did their best,but they couldn't unclog the tub. Thank you Abram! Meanwhile, I have to go to the front desk in my pajamas! This is where I met Michael the MOD! Useless! He offered no remedy to the problem. Housekeeping should have notified maintenance after the last guest. If you scrub the tub you might want to make sure it drains.
I ended up driving to my mothers house to shower. I missed meeting up with friends because of the delay.
This hotel is like a 55 year old woman who has been partying hard since 16 but still has a nice body.....but her face hasn't aged well. Can't get the wifi to work easily. Probably should have stayed at the other holiday inn down the street next to the Hilton.
